Dear students,
if you need to change your group, you must to fill out and submit a Free Form application via e-Student, specifying the reason and which group you want to transfer to.
Changing the group is possible only for a serious reason (e.g. illness, recommendation of academic consultant) and only once during the study period. You can discuss whether the reasoning is sufficient to change the group with your study coordinator.
It is possible to change a group if a student from another group agrees to switch (both have to fill in the Free form application).
Attending classes with another group without official approval from the study department is strictly prohibited.
