For following requests like group changing, reduction of tuition fee, retaking a course, recognition of study subjects and etc., please, sign in VU IS - E.student here: https://is.vu.lt/pls/klevas/logon.
When you join to the system, please, do not forget switch the language to ENGLISH on the right side of the system window:
Second, please choose, on MENU: eAPLICATIONS -> Submit a new application (choose by topic) -> Request / Application...-> Create -> To submit.
Please check your application status.
After the submission you should see your application in a column "Applications submitted".
