Please request Standard certificate through Vilnius University Study Information System (VUSIS). When requested to provide information on completed individual study subjects, their hours, copies of contracts, other information in the personal file or other documents that is not specified in the diploma, its appendix, study certificate. All certificates shall be issued and services provided no later than within 1 month from the date of submission of the written request, personal document and document confirming payment for the service to the Faculty of Medicine.
