Dear colleagues, doctors, nurses, pharmacists, physiatrists, occupational health therapists, public health professionals, professors, researchers, residents, and students of the Faculty of Medicine,

I sincerely congratulate you on your beautiful professional day: Medical Worker Day!

Your work always was, is, and will be exceptional. However, in today’s world, treating or protecting human health is an extremely responsible, significant, and important mission. It is not incorrect to say that you are the greatest hope of the currently seriously ill world, including Lithuania.

Your physical and emotional efforts, professional wisdom, talented decisions, golden hands, and passionate hearts do wonders. Together we are creating a stronger, healthier and happier tomorrow.

Medical Worker Day is a beautiful opportunity to thank you for your dedication and courage in saving lives, for your experience and unconditional knowledge, and for the health of us all, which you promote patiently and attentively on a daily basis. By working together, we can see how our knowledge and experience is reflected responsibly and meaningfully in the activities of students, residents, and other young colleagues.

I wish you all strength, excellent health, and endless love for your chosen profession.
